Break up the wedding day and surprise your guests with a visit from one of our Ice Cream Vans! We will arrive at you place of venue, ice cream chime playing and serve our full range of soft ice creams and ice lollies! Guaranteed to go down a treat with all ages!
Our wedding package includes van hire for the first hour and the first 100 ice creams, if you are expecting more guest you can add additional units below.
Before booking please read the full service offering at the bottom of the page. If you desired date is unavailable please email us and we can check or availability – our online booking is limited to a smaller fleet of our vans so we may still be able to help.

All online bookings are taken as requests to hire and are manually checked by the team within 48hours of booking to confirm we have the correct details from you and you are within our service area. We have technology in place to limit bookings to below our fleet numbers to ensure we can cater for your request however if an online booking occurs at the same time as a manual and causes a conflict we will let you know.
We reserve the right to cancel any online booking and aim to do this within 48hours, although this is rare and usually if a time clash has occurred we will try to reschedule first.
We understand that things may need to change and we are as flexible as possible to accommodate changes especially if they are weather based. Cancellation of hire by the hirer can be made until 4 weeks prior to the event and a full refund will be given (less a £50 administration charge); cancellation thereafter will not incur a refund. However we will happy move a date for free to an alternative date if the weather is not favourable for example. Please get in touch as soon as possible and we will try our best to help.
All bookings are routed based upon google traffic data. We plan ahead however cannot be held accountable for unexpected traffic, if their are road works or expected delays please email us so we can plan accordingly. We are unable to offer a refund / part refund for a late arrival due to unforeseen circumstance.
We run a modern fleet of vans and fully trained staff to suit, we only book our fleet to 80% capacity to allow for staff sickness and vehicle breakdowns. We will endeavour to fulfil all bookings but can not be held accountable for any cancellations on our part due to vehicle issues or staff sickness. Any cancelled bookings on out part will be refunded in full.
Our vans stock a wide range of products and we can cater for all dietary requirements, please ensure any guests with allergens or dietary requirements make them selves known to us. They can also find the full allergen information on our website here: Allergen and Dietary Information.
Our Whippy Ice Cream contains Milk but is Gluten (when served in a tub) and Egg free. So is suitable for those with a Gluten Allergy in a sundae or a tub.
We also stock a range of Dairy Free ice lollies and the Raspberry Vegan Magnum, and a Nut Free Allergen Free ice lolly. With the exception of our wrapped Nut Free Allergen Free ice lolly we can’t guarantee that our food is completely nut or peanut free, most of our ingredients may contain traces of nuts or peanuts.
Our ice creams are prepared fresh for you in our ice cream vans where allergens are present and handled by our team. Due to the close space in our vans we cannot guarantee any product we make within the van will be allergen free even if the ingredients do not contain allergens.
Please notify us 7 days prior to your event if you have a higher number of dietary requirements so we can ensure the van is loaded correctly
Our vans stock a wide range of ice creams and ice lollies from your traditional flake 99 to some more unusual sweet delights, We can also offer gluten free and dairy free options allowing everyone the chance to indulge in some childhood nostalgia!

We also stock a range of wrapped ice lollies, including Magnums, and a range of ice lollies including: Cherry, Cola, Lemonade etc.
Some of our vans stock warm desserts and whippy trays – Where possible advertising for these will be removed prior to our visit as these are excluded from our standard and premium pre paid menu offerings due to their size. If you would like to offer these please drop us an email.
We operate vans in Bracknell, Wokingham, Guildford, Farnborough and surrounding areas daily, weather permitting. We have a fleet of 10 Sir Whippy vans and we cover events up and down the country depending on size. We also work with a large network of other vendors to offer multi site visits across the country.
Our online booking system is in its early stages and is limited to a ‘service area’ and due to the technology used has to be based on a fixed point rather than roaming of the nearest vans area. Therefore, some bookings may be “out of area” or have an excessive Mileage charge. If this is the case please email us or complete the booking form on our contact us page and our booking team can generate a more accurate quote.

- 7.5 Mile Radius of our Fixed point (Sandhurst) – Free with a Booking Value over £200
- 10 Mile Radius of our Fixed point (Sandhurst) – Free with a Booking Value over £250
- 15 Mile Radius of our Fixed point (Sandhurst) – Free with a Booking Value over £300
- 20 Mile Radius of our Fixed point (Sandhurst) – Free with a Booking Value over £350
- 30 Mile Radius of our Fixed point (Sandhurst) – Free with a Booking Value over £400
- 40 Mile Radius of our Fixed point (Sandhurst) – Free with a Booking Value over £500
- 50 Mile Radius of our Fixed point (Sandhurst) – Free with a Booking Value over £600
- 60 Mile Radius of our Fixed point (Sandhurst) – Free with a Booking Value over £700
Otherwise, our booking systems charges based on average journey time from our fixed point at £1.66 a minute each way with the first 10 mins free.
If you experience a high mileage charge, please email us as we may be able to book you in manually or combine your booking with another nearby to reduce the cost.

Whatever your special occasion we can supply one of our modern Ice Cream vans to serve your guests. Weddings, Birthdays, Engagements, Anniversaries, Family parties, BBQ’s and Stag / Hen nights are just a few of the many events our ice cream vans have attended.
We can guarantee is the moment we switch on the music and roll into site, ribbons and bows attached your guests will racing for a “99” and your Wedding dessert will be remembered for years to come!
Our wedding offering includes van hire for the first hour and the first 100 ice creams included in the price, additional covers and time can be added via the drop downs above. From experience we usually recommend an hour hire for a wedding service most guests come to the van at once and after this surge guests return into the venue leaving us dormant.
We can cater for weddings across the home counties and further afield however we do charge for journey time. Our package price varies depending on time of service and the impact it will have on the vans future trade for that day.
